[Open For Application] PolyU CPCE-SHKP Hotels Experiential Learning Programme

In order to groom future hospitality leaders, we are delighted to share that PolyU CPCE is launching an Experiential Learning Programme with  Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) Hotel Division . The programme will be held during summer and winter breaks for all CPCE students. You will receive training and practice at one of the SHKP Hotels (e.g., Four Seasons Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton, W Hong Kong, Royal Hotels Group, etc.) while compensated with a competitive monthly allowance.

By participating in this PolyU CPCE-SHKP Hotels Programme, you can gain the following: 

• Experiential learning opportunities to explore the luxury & non-luxury hotels
• Projects during internships to hone leadership, organizational and planning skills
• Attend training (classroom and on the job) on operational and soft skills
• Meeting with hotels’ senior management
• Performance feedback and career coaching for improvements
• Industry networking opportunities
• Competitive monthly allowance
• Priority to be shortlisted for full-time position interviews after graduation
• Certificate of Completion (jointly issued by PolyU CPCE and SHKP Hotel Division)
• Reference Letter (from individual SHKP hotels)
• Portfolio development for better CVs
